Cancellation Policy

At Marissa Beautique, time is valued. To ensure that I can provide the best possible service to all of my clients, I have implemented the following cancellation and no-refund policy: Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are unacceptable. No-Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any services, including those canceled within the 24-hour window or missed appointments. All sales are final once the service has been rendered. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your service may need to be adjusted to fit the available time, and the full-service fee will still apply. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, the full-service fee will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
